UP Multi-Modal Logistics Park Policy 2024 — Incentive Assistance

Large-scale PPP logistics parks integrating rail, road, air, and waterways — we help you understand whether this policy applies to you, or whether a more direct scheme fits your business better.

The UP Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) Policy, 2024 covers large logistics parks integrating at least two transport modes — road, rail, air, or inland waterways — with warehousing, container handling, customs, and value-added services.

Who this is actually for

Be clear-eyed about this one: MMLPs are state-level PPP procurements aimed at large developers, infrastructure funds, and consortia — several hundred acres in scale, implemented through UPEIDA. This is not the kind of incentive claim an individual MSME files directly.

If you're an MSME

Your interest in this policy is more likely as a future user or tenant of a completed park — for warehousing, container handling, or logistics access — rather than as a direct applicant. For direct incentive claims relevant to your business today, see our Export Incentive & Subsidy Claim Assistance and full MSME subsidy directory.

How we help

  • If you're a developer or infrastructure fund: connecting you with the right UPEIDA process for an MMLP proposal
  • If you're an MSME: confirming this isn't the scheme you need, and pointing you to the one that actually is

Message us what you're trying to do — develop logistics infrastructure, or find a scheme that fits your existing business — and we'll point you the right way, free of charge.
