UP Export Promotion Policy 2025–30 — Incentive Assistance

Freight reimbursement, market development assistance, ECGC premium and certification reimbursement — we handle documentation, reconciliation, and filing across every export incentive head.

The UP Export Promotion Policy, 2025–30 (First Amendment) supersedes the 2020–25 policy and runs under the MSME & Export Promotion Department, administered by the Export Promotion Bureau.

Main incentive heads

  • Freight reimbursement on export costs
  • Market Development Assistance (MDA) for international trade fairs and buyer-seller meets
  • ECGC premium reimbursement for export credit insurance
  • Certification & testing cost reimbursement for international certification
  • CFC / testing lab support in export clusters
  • Warehousing & gateway infrastructure support near ports
  • Air freight assistance for notified perishable and high-value categories

Who it's for

  • Exporters with a valid IEC and a unit located in UP
  • Export clusters and CFC operators
  • First-time exporters, for some specific heads

ODOP exporters get priority and, in some heads, enhanced rates — see our ODOP Export Assistance page for that tier specifically.

How we help

  • Reconciling your shipping bill, e-BRC, and GST return data before filing — mismatches are the single biggest reason claims get rejected
  • Filing across whichever heads apply to you — freight, MDA, ECGC premium, certification, or infrastructure support
  • Confirming current rates against the latest amendment GO, so you're not filing at superseded base-policy rates
  • Coordinating this with your RoDTEP claims, since the two don't conflict and can be claimed together

Message us your export volume and what you've spent on freight, fairs, or certification, and we'll tell you — free of charge — what you're likely owed.
