• Contact form: your name, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message (see our Contact page). The form is processed by Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider's built-in form service.
• WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of messages you send us, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices.
• Phone and email: your phone number, email address, and anything you share with us if you call or email us directly.
• Engagement details: if you engage us for scheme/claim assistance, business and document details relevant to that specific scheme (e.g. Udyam registration, IEC, loan or investment figures) that you choose to share with us for that purpose.

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you're interested in.
• To assess your eligibility for a scheme and, where you engage us, to prepare and file applications/claims on your behalf.
• To follow up with you and with the relevant government department or bank about an active engagement.
• To improve this website's content — we do not use your personal information for this; only aggregate, non-identifying patterns in what visitors ask about.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With the government department, bank, or scheme portal your application is being filed with, where necessary to process that specific application — and only for engagements you've asked us to handle.
• With service providers who help us run this website or communicate with you (e.g. Netlify for form submissions, WhatsApp for messaging), solely to provide that function.
• Where required by law, regulation, or a valid government/legal request.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us secure, including limiting who has access to engagement documents and using reputable third-party providers (Netlify, WhatsApp) for form and message handling. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We keep contact-form and enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where relevant, for our own record-keeping of the engagement. Documents related to a filed scheme/claim are kept for as long as needed to support that claim through to resolution, and for a reasonable period after in case of a follow-up query from the department concerned.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (where we're not required to keep it for an active or recently-closed engagement, or by law). To do so, contact us at contact@claimdesk.co.in or WhatsApp.

7. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Netlify, our hosting provider, may use essential technical cookies/local storage needed to operate the contact form's spam protection; these are not used to track you across other websites.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
