UP Agriculture Export Policy 2021 — Incentive Assistance
Pack house, cold chain, and freight support for notified agri export clusters (mango, potato, basmati, mentha, and more) — we help you confirm eligibility and file.
The Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Export Policy, 2019 (as amended 2021) aims at doubling agri exports from UP through cluster-based development of identified crops and districts. It is administered by the Agriculture / Agri Export Department. Agri export clusters are notified district-crop combinations — mango, potato, basmati, mentha, banana, vegetables, and others — with focused infrastructure, aggregation, and certification support.
Key incentives
- Pack house support: for pack houses and integrated pack houses
- Cold chain: ripening chambers and cold chain infrastructure
- Lab & certification: facility support
- Freight support: for agri exports
- Cluster development: for notified crop-district clusters
Who it's for
- Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) and cooperatives
- Exporters
- Pack-house and irradiation facility developers
- Cluster-level Common Facility Centre (CFC) operators
For most agri export categories, APEDA registration is required, and APEDA schemes converge with this state policy's support.
How we help
- Confirming whether your product/district falls under a notified agri export cluster
- Sorting out APEDA registration where required
- Determining whether this policy or the generic Export Promotion Policy 2025–30 is the right fit for your specific export activity — and avoiding double-claiming overlapping heads
- Connecting you to accredited lab testing for phytosanitary/residue compliance early, especially for EU/US-bound shipments
Message us your product, target market, and district, and we'll tell you — free of charge — whether you qualify and what the next step looks like.
